  • Shipping Policy
    Delivery costs are $30 in Canada, no minimum order required. Free shipping with any purchase of $300 or more. For U.S. and International, a $50 fee will be charged. International orders are subject to duties and customs fees. We are not responsible for these additional charges. Free shipping on all orders over $300 does not cover duties or customs fees. Mijù create by hand and in an artisanal way and in a spirit of just in time. It is important to note that there may be longer delays than expected. Mijù wishes to offer maximum lead times of 3 weeks for the creation of the merchandise but cannot guarantee these lead times. Mijù undertakes to give you the approximate creation times as well as follow-ups on the evolution of the order when the deadlines are excessive. Upon transfer of ownership of the object through a carrier, the customer assumes the risks associated with the products from the time of delivery to the door that there is an acknowledgment of receipt or delivery to the door with delivery confirmation from the carrier. The transfer of ownership of the products will only take place when we receive full payment of the sums due in respect of the products. Purchases made from foreign countries are subject to taxes and customs fees which are not included in the prices. Please validate before any purchase if this applies to you. These costs are not reimbursable by Atelier Mijù. A confirmation email from Atelier Mijù will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase, within 24 hours of ordering. If you do not receive this email, please contact us (information@ateliermiju.com). Items are subject to availability, stocks are not guaranteed at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated according to the dimensions and weight of the order as well as the destination. These fees will be calculated automatically during checkout. Our service provider offers basic service (2-10 days depending on destination) with tracking number and signature upon receipt. It is possible to request an express service, to do so, please indicate it in the space provided for this purpose in comments and customizations
  • What are the return policies?
    Mijù will be happy to exchange or take back any product that does not meet your expectations with a product of equal value if it is available and in stock Mijù products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of 1 year following the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original invoice. We will be happy to repair it and return it at our expense or exchange the product. It is essential to provide an accurate and precise e-mail address, postal address and telephone number allowing us to contact you, and to acknowledge that we can use this information for this purpose if necessary in order to offer a unique and quality service. Mijù create by hand and in an artisanal way and in a spirit of just in time. If the desired item is out of stock, a notification will be sent to notify you of its new availability. If you can't wait, no problem, please contact us and we'll be happy to give you current manufacturing times. All sale items will be considered final sale. No exchanges, refunds or returns will be allowed. Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date by writing to information@ateliermiju.com including your order number and the reason for the exchange or return and your invoice . Your exchange or return must be approved beforehand by Atelier Mijù before sending it by means of photos and proof of a breakage relating to manufacture. Our warranty does not apply to goods deemed to have been subject to abuse, alteration, attempted repair, negligence, misuse or maintenance, normal wear or accident.< /p> For the purposes of product liability, a manufacturing defect is considered a defect in a product that was not intended. This type of defect occurs when a product deviates from its intended design during the manufacturing process. If the item you purchased has an apparent manufacturing defect within the one (1) year period mentioned above, please contact us at information@ateliermiju.com To complete your return, you will need your original receipt. Please also include a detailed description of the defect and some photographs. With all of this in hand, we will contact you to discuss the available options and, in the event of a confirmed fault, to authorize the return along with specific instructions on how to proceed. For European citizens, please note that customs will ask you for proof of payment of taxes and customs on your initial purchase. If you do not have this proof of payment, customs may ask you to pay the duties again. These costs are not reimbursable by Atelier Mijù. Atelier Mijù reserves the right to refuse a return or an exchange if the merchandise is used or damaged Return costs are the responsibility of the customer except for returns due to poor manufacture or apparent defect. The original invoice must be sent with all returned merchandise. Merchandise returned without an online purchase invoice will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition with tags and in its original packaging. The refund may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that the initial shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email when the refund is complete.
  • Can I add an image, video or GIF to my FAQ?
    3-6 days, Canada, 7-10 days for USA, 10-14 days for international. Canada Post no longer guarantees delivery dates. We follow up, and will inform you of any changes.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept all major credit cards.
  • I have not received my order, what should I do?
    Please contact us by email so that we can inform you about the progress of the order or the reason for the delay.
